Music Scholarship Concert Series - Broadway Lights and Opera Stars
SINGING ALUMS RETURN TO BRADLEY FOR SCHOLARSHIP FUNDRAISER
The Bradley University Department of Music Scholarship Concert Series presents BROADWAY LIGHTS AND OPERA STARS an afternoon of opera and musical theatre favorites on Sunday, February 12 at 3:00 p.m. at the Dingeldine Music Center on the corner of Institute and Barker Streets.
Bradley music department alums including soprano Kristin Bell Lelm, pianist Mary Pentacost, baritone Matthew Pentacost and tenor Christopher Adams-Wenger will join seasoned alums Deb Austin, Lee Wenger, and Denise Adams along with music faculty Kerry Walters, Shirley Salazar, Molly Sloter, John Jost, and James Rimington, and current Bradley voice students for an unforgettable afternoon. Come and enjoy memorable music from Candide, Most Happy Fella, West Side Story, Mikado, Guys and Dolls, Cosi fan tutte, Rusalka, and many more.
The Music Scholarship Concert Series provides funding through scholarship support to talented undergraduate musicians majoring in music at Bradley. Tickets are $5 and may be purchased at the door. Students are free. For more information call 677-2601.
