Chicago Tribune Highlights Bradley's iPad Tours
Bradley welcomes prospective students and their families to campus year-round, which means some of those visits fall during summer break or other periods when the Hilltop doesn’t look like such a happening place. So to give visitors a taste of the true Bradley Experience – where students enjoy a lively, productive and spirited campus community – the University is using iPads to lead an innovative approach to the campus tour.
The new iPad tours were the creative idea of Jim Ferolo, Chair of the Department of Interactive Media (pictured R). The app for the tour was designed by Interactive Media student, Eric Johnsen (pictured L).
In its Oct. 9 edition, the “Chicago Tribune” featured the new iPad tours in an article that reports Bradley is the first university known to utilize the touch-screen technology for this purpose. Follow this link for the full story:
