Affiliate Instructor of Music
Peggy Bonner teaches percussion at Bradley University. In this capacity, she teaches Private Percussion Lessons, Percussion Ensemble and Percussion Methods. Ms. Bonner is the Principal Percussionist of the Peoria Symphony Orchestra and Opera Illinois Orchestra. She regularly performs with Prairie Wind Ensemble, Knox-Galesburg Symphony, Illinois Symphony, Peoria Municipal Band and other various groups. Ms. Bonner currently is Director of Bands and Fine Arts Activities at Rolling Acres Edison School. She is Director of Peoria Park District Summer Band Programs and is Director of Central Illinois Youth Symphony Percussion Ensemble. Ms. Bonner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Education from Bradley University and Master of liberal Arts from Bradley University.
