Alison Robuck teaches oboe and Music Appreciation at Bradley University. She has performed as oboe soloist with the Missouri Symphony Orchestra and the Baroque Artists of Champaign. Her previous orchestral engagements include positions with the Missouri Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia da Camera, the Champaign-Urbana Symphony, the Baroque Artists of Champaign, and The Prairie Ensemble. She has performed with the Indianapolis Symphony, the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Illinois Symphony. She has taught at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the Bowdoin Music Festival, and for the Conservatory of Central Illinois.   As a full Fellowship recipient, Alison Robuck completed her Masters degree and Doctorate in Oboe Performance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a student of Nancy Ambrose King. She received her undergraduate degree on a full scholarship at the University of Missouri-Columbia as a student of Dan Willett. Her other primary oboe teacher was Houston Symphony Principal, Robert Atherholt. She has performed in masterclasses for John de Lancie, Alex Klein, Joe Robinson, Peter Bowman, Richard Killmer, Kathy Greenbank, and Allen Vogel. She has participated in a number of music festivals including Music Academy of the West, the Sarasota Music Festival, and the Aspen Music Festival.
