B.J. Aberle, M.F.A.
For a brief while in Nashville I lived as a touring musician playing bass. After leaving the road life I worked as an engineer at many of the best studios in town until landing a job at Playground Recording. There I was able to bring in artists, collaborate and produce. Along with recording bands, I was able to gain experience recording full orchestral ensembles. I have worked at the Iona Group for the past five years. My responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of audio produced by the Iona Group. My abilities include original music production, location sound recording, post production, 5.1 surround mixing, sound design. My specialties are hardware specking and installation and location sound recording.
