BUFAN, the Bradley University Forensic Affinity Network, was established to provide an affiliation with Bradley forensic alumni. BFAN strengthens Bradley University by connecting forensics alumni, coaches and supporters back to each other, to the forensics program, and to the University. BUCAN (Bradley University Communication Alumni Network)

President: Matthew A Noe, GPHR

Matt Noe is currently a 6 Sigma Black Belt with Caterpillar Inc.™ Human Services Division. Utilizing 6 Sigma methodologies, Matt has been able to save Caterpillar nearly $1.2 million by creating a world-class efficient and effective Human Resources team. After graduating from Bradley University in 2002, Matt started Caterpillar Inc. as a Communication Specialist. Since his hire, Matt has held various positions including Assistant Editor, Operations Supervisor, HR Consultant and 6 Sigma Black Belt.

 
Vice President: Michelle DeSantis

Michelle DeSantis just completed training to become 6 Sigma Black Belt with Caterpillar Inc.’s Electric Power Division. Utilizing 6 Sigma methodologies Michelle will work to improve processes within various groups of the division. Previously Michelle managed the development of an on-line learning campus along with 25 web based training courses for the Electric Power Division. After graduating from Bradley University in 1989, Michelle worked at WMBD-TV and Ross Creative+Strategy, before joining Caterpillar in 2005 as a Marketing Consultant.

 
Secretary: Kelly Kolton (BS '05)

A graphic designer for the law firm of Heyl, Royster, Voelker & Allen. She is originally from the Chicagoland area and majored in graphic design. While at Bradley, she worked for Bradley Hilltopics, University Publications and the Bradley Scout. She won awards from the Illinois College Press Association for her work in visual journalism at the Scout. She participated in the Com Department’s exchange with Slovenia in its second year in 2004. Her collaboration with other students to create a website about the exchange won them First Place in the Communications Division of the 2004 Annual Student Scholarship Exposition, sponsored by the Office for Teaching Excellence and Faculty Development. In 2005, Kelly and her peers won the same prize for a magazine prototype developed during the COM 340 Magazine Production class.
