Speech Team Takes Second Place at National Tournament
In the National Forensic Association National Championships, hosted by Missouri State University and Drury University from April 16-20, Bradley University took second place. Continuing to make our University proud, a number of students placed as national finalists:
- Elijah Misigaro, Prose Interpretation
- Patrick Campbell, Extemporaneous Speaking and After-Dinner Speaking
- Jared Boyer, Rhetorical Criticism
- Nik Payne, Persuasive Speaking and Impromptu Speaking
- Amanda Viorol, Dramatic Interpretation
Coming away as the National Champion of Dramatic Interpretation was Vanessa Carranza. Congratulations to Vanessa for a job well done and to all of the other students who placed in national quarterfinals and national semifinals.
