Assistant Director of Forensics; Instructor
Tyler Billman joined Bradley University as the Assistant Director of Forensics and Instructor in fall 2008. Before coming to Bradley, Billman worked at the National Forensic League headquarters, the oldest and largest speech and debate high school honor society. Billman has a B.S. in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Bradley University and an M.A. in Education, Student Affairs in Higher Education from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY. Billman was a national champion while at Bradley University as well as a three time state champion at the Illinois Intercollegiate Forensic Association and Illinois High School State Association. He has coached multiple national championship event titles in Dramatic Interpretation, Duo Interpretation, and Prose Interpretation. Additionally, he has been an active presenter for the Illinois Speech and Theatre Association and has been the Institute Director for Bradley's notable Summer Forensic Institute for high school students and teachers.
