Journalism
Mr. Richard Thein joins the Department of Communication as a Temporary Assistant Professor of Journalism. Mr. Thein received his Master of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University and his BA from University of Central Florida. Before coming to Bradley, Mr. Thein served as an Instructor of Broadcast Journalism at John A. Logan Community College. He also served as Sports Anchor/Reporter/Photographer, and Online Journalist with WSIL – ABC Affiliate, WJTV – CBS Affiliate, and the Sunshine Network, a Statewide Cable Station. His award-winning experience as an on-air and online reporter and his work as a sports reporter will be a valuable asset to our new Sports Communication program.
