Public Relations
Dr. Jill Danforth Greenman joins the Department of Communication as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Communication to teach in our Public Relations concentration. Before coming to Bradley, Dr. Greenman served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at The University of Memphis. Dr. Greenman received her Ph.D. in Communication and her M.A. in English from the University of Memphis. She received a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and a B.A. in English from DePauw University. Dr. Greenman also has an extensive professional background in public relations. Her research focuses on the rhetoric of the media, specifically how national leaders and social institutions employ ceremonial discourse during crises to influence public opinion.
