15. Technological Complexity Paradox
Increasingly complex technologies are headed for users with decreasing levels of preparation for using technology.
-for example, 25 countries contain 15 year olds who outperformed U.S. students in a 2003 international test of problem solving. The U.S. also came in 24th in math literacy (Chi.Trib. Mag, 9-25-05, p. 8)

Study Question

"Computer Users" is an overly broad term. Let's parse it a bit. What groups of computerized-communication-technology users are improving their abilities as the environment becomes more technologically based? Which types are not?
